1. Platform Overview

SwornWork ("the Platform") provides a service for creators and businesses to execute sworn declarations under 28 U.S.C. § 1746 regarding the human origin of creative works and corporate AI use. SwornWork is operated by Pratt Ventures LLC.

2. The Declaration

By submitting a declaration through this platform, you are making a legally binding statement under 28 U.S.C. § 1746 — the federal unsworn declarations statute. A materially false declaration constitutes perjury under federal law and may be subject to criminal penalties including fines and imprisonment.

SwornWork does not verify the truth of your declaration. We record and certify that you made the declaration, not that it is accurate. Responsibility for the truthfulness of your declaration rests solely with you.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable once your certificate has been issued. If you did not receive your certificate due to a technical error, contact [email protected] within 14 days.

4. Certificate Revocation

SwornWork reserves the right to revoke certificates that are found to be materially false or fraudulent. Revoked certificates remain visible on the verification page with a REVOKED status.

5. Limitation of Liability

SwornWork is a record-keeping and certification platform. We do not provide legal advice. SwornWork's liability is limited to the fee paid for the certificate in question. We make no warranties as to the legal enforceability of your declaration in any specific jurisdiction or legal proceeding.

6. Privacy

Your name, work title, certification tier, and declaration date are displayed publicly on your verification page. Your email address and IP address are stored internally and are not displayed publicly. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
